Amanda is a compositor based in Los Angeles, working most recently as a Nuke artist at Industrial Light & Magic, where she contributed to an array of high-profile projects including Alien: Romulus, The Creator, and the latest season of The Mandalorian.

With nearly a decade of experience in compositing for both television and feature films, Amanda has honed her craft across various studios. Prior to ILM, Amanda held a key role at CoSA VFX, where she worked on productions like Lucifer, The Prom, and The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, while also serving as a lead artist for the digital makeup department.

Amanda’s first compositing job was at Bix Pix Entertainment, where during her time there advanced to the role of lead compositor. She also took on a supervisory role for the Google Doodle short “Celebrating Mister Rogers.”

Amanda earned a BA in Animation from Loyola Marymount University in 2014 and furthered her education with a 10-week Advanced Compositing course at Gnomon School of Visual Effects.
